Either it was an attack on Obama, Carter, or Democrats generally (minus Lieberman, of course).  It was obvious.  It was bald.

I didn't need to be told who he was attacking.  Neither do you.

Seriously, he was belittling his political opponents while overseas talking to a foreign government!!!

Defend him if you like.  You are factually wrong.  Unless President Bush is significantly dumber than he appears, he had malice aforethought.

I don't care which Democrat(s) he attacked, he attacked us and one of the things that makes us better!  We're willing to TRY to negotiate with state actors before launching an attack.
